Keeping Place, Blackwater Mine

Case study

Installed building at sunset with its covered deck, access ramp and curved concrete path

The project

The Keeping Place project brought a 12 × 6 metre building complex and covered deck together with the surrounding site at Blackwater Mine. Multitrade Contracting positioned, joined and secured the building modules, then fabricated and installed access ramps, landings, handrails and decking. The installation also included concrete footings, steelwork and awning construction, with engineering and specialist plumbing coordinated as part of the wider delivery. These photographs show the installed building and access details alongside awning work in progress.
